Indications for use
Aromatic use: Put three to four drops in the chosen diffuser.
External use: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml of caraus oil. For bathing, mix 5 drops with 5 ml of caraus oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of caraus oil.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 125 ml of liquid or take a vegetable capsule.

The bark of the cinnamon tree can be harvested throughout the year, after it has reached a maturity level of 3 years.
The tree is cut and the bark is removed from the trunk and thick branches. The tree then grows in place and, when it reaches the required size, harvesting can be done again.
After harvesting, the bark is left to dry in the sun and is steam distilled to produce the essential oil.
The clove tree is native to Southeast Asia. A clove tree takes about 3 years to reach maturity, but can live over 100 years. The essential oil is extracted from the buds of the tree. Just before flowering, the buds turn bright red, which means they are ready to be harvested.
