Properties:
Gametogen is a dietary supplement with Myo-lnositol, α-Lipoic Acid, Coenzyme Q1 0, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, with Selenium and Zinc, intended in case there are deficiencies of these nutrients. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress and to normal spermatogenesis. Zinc contributes to maintaining normal testosterone concentrations in the blood and to maintaining normal fertility and reproduction.
- Myo-lnositol: polyol present in many food products, in particular in cereals, nuts and fruits, and especially in melons and oranges. The inositol family, of which Myo-lnositol is also a part, has a biological role as a secondary cellular messenger, representing molecules that are able to determine the responses of our cells to stimuli that come from other substances, at the level of the outer membrane.
- Lipoic acid (Thiotic acid): an important enzymatic cofactor in the Krebs cycle, whose metabolic processes ensure the direct supply of cellular energy; it is used in the body to break down carbohydrates, providing energy to the cells.
- Coenzyme Q1 O (Vitamin Q or ubiquinone) - plays a fundamental role as an electron transporter in the oxidative phosphorylation process that has Ioc in the mitochondria, directly involved in the metabolic-energetic and protective processes. Mitochondria are present in large numbers in spermatozoa, where they provide energy.

Administration method:
1-2 sachets per day as recommended by the doctor. The product uses a special technology that produces dispersible and insoluble microgranules; therefore, after pouring the contents of the envelope into a glass of water (approximately 150 ml), it is recommended to mix it until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The product does not naturally contain lactose.
