ACC 600 mg has expectorant action and is indicated in mucolytic therapy in case of acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs, with viscous mucous secretion.
Ingredients:
One effervescent tablet contains acetylcysteine 600 mg and excipients: anhydrous citric acid, sodium hydrogencarbonate, anhydrous sodium carbonate, mannitol, anhydrous lactose, ascorbic acid, sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin dihydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, Blackberry Flavor "B" ( blackberry flavor).
Administration method:
Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age - half an effervescent tablet twice a day or one effervescent tablet once a day (equivalent to 600 mg acetylcysteine per day).
The effervescent tablets must be dissolved in water and administered after meals.
Precautions:
Caution is recommended in patients with active gastro-duodenal ulcer.
Contraindications:
It should not be administered to patients with sensitivity to acetylcysteine or any of the product's excipients.
It should not be administered to children under the age of 14 (due to the high content of the active substance). in these cases, preparations with a lower acetylcysteine content are available.
In children under 1 year of age, acetylcysteine can be administered only if it is strictly necessary and under strict medical monitoring.
