Before using the new machine for the first time, please add the right amount of water to the water tank and clean the machine by pressing the coffee button and the steam button respectively, which can give the coffee machine a cleaning at high temperatures and also can expel the air inside the machine for a perfect extraction of coffee powder and capsules!

The right ground coffee machine, coffee pad and Nespresso capsules, and the coffee pad requires the purchase of a special filter cartridge with an inner diameter of 5.3 cm.
Please clean the steam wand after each use, if the air outlet holes are blocked, it will affect the milk foaming effect.
You can double-click the steam button for the steam wand to emit hot water for tea or hot cocoa. Due to the high pressure of the device, splashes may occur. Keep the nozzle positioned below the surface of the water and distribute a maximum of 120 ml of water at a given time.
When using Nespresso capsules, please note that if you have purchased plastic capsules, to ensure sufficient extraction pressure, you will need to apply a little force to mount the filter on the machine. Please act with confidence, as this will not damage the device. Aluminum foil capsules can be used easily.
Our coffee machines are suitable for all capsules with a height of up to 30 mm and a capsule lid diameter of 35 mm. Following the tests carried out by the technical department and the feedback from other customers, the 5g coffee capsules are more efficient. Aluminum foil capsules and plastic capsules can be used, and single-cup button extraction works better.
If the water runs out when you remove the filter, this can be related to the amount of ground coffee, the pressing technique, the duration of the modified extraction time, etc.
The bottom of the filter handle is designed with a silicone pad to ensure easy cleaning. It is possible that the coffee liquid remains on the bottom of the filter and coffee residues remain when it is discharged from the coffee machine, this can be improved by adjusting the coffee preparation technique. The removable drip tray catches all liquids and will not hinder cleaning.
Our filters are designed with professional grade elastic springs that allow for a tighter cartridge fit and more concentrated extraction pressure. As a result, removal may be more difficult and you may use another filter cartridge stuck in the space between the handle and the filter housing to open it.

• Pentru a prelungi durata de viata, se recomanda sa folositi manerul de transport in pozitie verticala atunci cand rezervorul este plin si sa nu il agitati excesiv.
• Pe baza cercetarilor cu clientii locali din Romania, oprirea automata de 8 minute mentionata in manual a fost modificata la 30 de minute.
• Functia de autocuratare a masinii a fost modificata pentru a facilita utilizarea. Adaugati detartrant in rezervorul de apa, porniti aparatul si clatiti-l cu ajutorul butonului pentru doua cani (nu uitati sa plasati un recipient cu apa la gura de scurgere). Inlocuiti apa in rezervorul de apa dupa curatare si clatiti din nou de cateva ori pentru a termina.
• Se recomanda utilizarea unui detartrant profesional cu acid citric, va rugam sa nu folositi bicarbonat de sodiu, deoarece poate afecta produsul.
