THERAFLU MAX COLD AND FLU FOREST FRUITS AND MENTHOL 10 Sachets
Theraflu Max Cold and Flu is used to relieve cold and flu symptoms, when nasal congestion (stuffy nose) is accompanied by fever and/or mild to moderate pain, such as sore throat, headache, muscle pain and pain in the the sinuses. Theraflu Max Cold and Flu should only be used by adults and the elderly with a body weight of at least 50 kg. Benefits: Paracetamol is a pain reliever (analgesic) and reduces fever Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a nasal decongestant. It unclogs your nose and helps you breathe easier, reducing inflammation in the nasal airways. Ascorbic acid is an essential component of the human diet and supplements the daily intake of vitamin C. It is particularly important in the early stages of a cold or flu, because vitamin C reserves may be low and appetite may be lacking. Ingredients: Each single-dose sachet contains paracetamol 1000 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg (which corresponds to 8.2 mg phenylephrine base) and ascorbic acid 70 mg. How to use: Adults (including the elderly) weighing 50 kg and over: One envelope every 4-6 hours, as needed, without exceeding 4 envelopes per day. Maximum daily dose: 4 sachets in a 24-hour interval, equivalent to 4000 mg of paracetamol, 40 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride and 280 mg of ascorbic acid. Do not exceed the recommended dose or frequency of administration. Maximum duration of use before consulting a doctor: 3 days. The minimum number of sachets required daily for effective treatment should be used for the shortest time necessary to control symptom relief. Children and adolescents: Theraflu Max Cold and Flu is not indicated for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Precautions: Theraflu Max Cold and Flu contains paracetamol. DO NOT take this medicine at the same time as any other over-the-counter or non-prescription medicines containing paracetamol to treat pain, fever or cold and flu symptoms. Do not exceed the recommended dose, as this can seriously damage your liver. Do not use together with any other medicine for the treatment of cough, cold, nasal congestion or stuffy nose.
