FRONTLINE Spray 250ml - Fast & Effective Flea and Tick Treatment for Pets

Frontline Spray is an external parasiticide designed for use on cats and dogs to provide effective protection against fleas, ticks, and chewing lice. It works quickly to eliminate existing infestations and helps prevent new ones, ensuring long-lasting protection for your pets.

Active Ingredient (per 100 ml):

• Fipronil: 0.25 g

Mode of action:

• Fipronil: A broad-spectrum insecticide that disrupts the central nervous system of parasites, causing hyperactivity and death. It acts on adult fleas and ticks, preventing infestations and controlling lice.

Indications:
Frontline Spray is effective for the treatment and prevention of:

• Fleas:
  • Ctenocephalides spp.
• Ticks:
  • Ixodes spp.
  • Rhipicephalus spp.
  • Dermacentor spp.
• Chewing lice:
  • Trichodectes canis
  • Felicola subrostratus

Dosage and Administration:

• Spray directly onto the animal's skin from a distance of approximately 10-20 cm.
• Ensure that the entire body is covered, including the belly, legs, and tail. Avoid spraying the eyes and mouth.
• Dosage depends on the weight and coat length:
  • For short-haired animals: 3-6 ml/kg body weight (7.5-15 pumps/kg)
  • For long-haired animals: 6-12 ml/kg body weight (15-30 pumps/kg)
• Leave to dry naturally. Do not towel dry.

Duration of efficacy:

• Fleas: Up to 3 months in dogs and up to 6 weeks in cats.
• Ticks: Up to 1 month in both dogs and cats.

Precautions:

• Do not bathe the animal within 48 hours before or after application.
• Avoid contact with the animal’s eyes and mouth.
• Consult a veterinarian for use on kittens or puppies under 2 days old or if pregnant or nursing animals.
• Keep treated animals away from open flames or heat sources until the fur is fully dry.
