INDICATIONS
Crimectin Inj is effective both in the prevention (in herds where the diagnosis has been confirmed) and in the treatment of infestations with ecto and endoparasites:
Cattle: gastrointestinal nematodes (mature and immature)
pulmonary nematodes (mature and stage four)
myases (all 3 stages)
lice
Capua
Sheep and goats: gastrointestinal nematodes (mature and stage four)
pulmonary nematodes (mature and stage four)
Dictioculus spp (mature and stage four)
myases (all larval stages)
scabies (Sarcoptes, Psoroptes)
Gastrointestinal nematodes (mature and stage four)
Pulmonary nematodes (mature)
The use of the product in the target species must take into account the geographical differences regarding the appearance and development of the parasites.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
It is not administered intramuscularly or intravenously.
It is not used in other species than those indicated, because adverse reactions may occur, even mortality in dogs.
Do not administer to animals with known hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Occasionally, a slight inflammatory reaction may occur at the injection site, a reaction that resolves spontaneously.
The destruction of the migrating larvae of Hypoderma spp. at the level of the body's vital organs can cause unwanted reactions from the "parasite host", reactions that are not characteristic of ivermectin.
TARGET SPECIES
Cattle, pigs, sheep and goats
DOSAGE FOR EACH SPECIES, ROUTE(S) OF ADMINISTRATION AND MODE OF ADMINISTRATION
Subcutaneous administration.
Crimectin Inj should only be administered subcutaneously.
Dosage:
Cattle, sheep, goats: 1 ml/50 kg live weight, equivalent to 0.2 mg ivermectin/kg live weight.
Pigs: 1 ml/33kg live weight, equivalent to 0.3 mg ivermectin/kg live weight.
In piglets, especially those weighing less than 16 kg for which less than 0.5 ml is indicated, it is important to dose the product accurately.
If animals are treated collectively and not individually, they must be grouped according to body weight and dosed accordingly to avoid under/overdosing.

Milk: Do not administer to animals that produce milk for human consumption.

50 ml polypropylene bottles. 100 ml. and 250 ml. closed with a bromobutyl rubber stopper and sealed with an aluminum staple.
