Description Lactose-free milk powder, +0 months, 400 g, Aptamil
Inspired by over 40 years of early childhood nutrition research, we have developed our Aptamil Lactose Free infant formula.
Lactose intolerance is among the most common types of food intolerance.
This condition is caused by the inability to digest and absorb lactose and is manifested by digestive discomfort as a result of milk consumption. Lactose is a compound that is absorbed in the intestine after it is split by the body's own lactase. When this enzyme is missing, the splitting process cannot take place and, after a while (a few hours at most) after eating foods containing lactose, the signs of intolerance appear.
Aptamil® Without lactose is unique due to the mix of ingredients it contains, being recommended for infants with lactose intolerance.
Does not contain lactose
Contains DHA in accordance with legislation for all starter formulas
Aptamil lactose-free milk powder formula cannot be used in the feeding of infants with galactosemia or with an allergy to cow's milk proteins.
Follow the tips below for proper preparation of milk formula!
1. Wash your hands well, sterilize all utensils used in preparing the milk and make sure the edge of the packaging is clean. Boil drinking water for the preparation of milk for 5 minutes, then let it cool down to about 40°C.
2. Pour the amount of boiled and cooled water required according to the dosage for one meal into the baby bottle.
3. Dose the powder with the measure inside the package according to the dosage table and add it to the baby bottle.
4. Close the bottle and immediately shake it vertically and vigorously for 10 seconds to dissolve the powder.
5. Check the temperature of the prepared milk on your wrist before giving it to the infant (about 37°C).
