Ingredients: Extracted from the aromatic leaves of the oregano plant, Origanum vulgare, Oregano essential oil today has a place of honor in cookbooks and cabinets all over the world. The main chemical component of Oregano is carvacrol, a phenol that makes it one of the most versatile and powerful essential oils.
Uses:
Put a drop of oil instead of dried oregano in spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce or when seasoning steaks. Combine essential oil of Oregano and essential oil of Mint with caraus oil, for a massage with a warming effect. Create your own hand soap by mixing liquid Castile soap with water and a few drops of Oregano. Indications for use:
Diffusion: Put three to four drops in the chosen diffuser.
Use as food flavoring: Dilute one drop in 125 ml of liquid.
External use: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml of caraus oil. For bathing, mix 5 drops with 5 ml of caraus oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of caraus oil.
Precautions
May cause skin sensitization. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical supervision, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with the eyes, inside the ears and sensitive areas.
