Ingredients (tablet): Maltodexin, wild yam root extract, licorice root extract, filler, microcrystalline cellulose, natural vitamin E, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium salts of fatty acids), damiana extract, glazing agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dyes (titanium dioxide, iron oxide), green tea extract, glycerin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, sodium selenite.
Ingredients (soft capsule): concentrated fish oil, gelatin, glycerol, purified water.
Suitable for the special nutritional requirements of women who are trying to procreate, and until the end of the first trimester of pregnancy.

Folic acid 800mcg per day, 0.1g per 100g

Omega-3 fatty acids 500mg per day, 56.8g per 100g
Directions: Take 1 tablet and 1 soft capsule per day, during or after a meal, together with something to drink. Ideally, the tablet should always be taken together with the soft capsule. Do not exceed the recommended dose for consumption daily.
